This 2.4-hectare site on the north-eastern edge of Billericay has outline planning consent for up to 49 residential dwellings, including affordable housing. Located just off Potash Road and adjacent to Goatsmoor Lane, the site is sustainably positioned close to the town, yet benefits from a semi-rural character.

Currently used as grazing land, the site features existing structures including stables and a tack room, along with an area of woodland to the east and mature tree planting along the south-eastern boundary.

The proposed scheme includes a mix of 1 to 4-bedroom homes — a combination of apartments, semi-detached and detached properties, all two storeys in height. The development will provide a well-balanced new community with a strong emphasis on quality design, sustainable living, and integration with its surrounding landscape.
