The scheme has been thoughtfully designed to complement its surroundings while delivering much-needed new homes — including 50% affordable housing.

Although located within the Metropolitan Green Belt, the site is visually well-contained by existing development and mature vegetation. Under the updated NPPF, it has been classified as ‘Greybelt’ due to its sustainable location.
